TRX & Pilates Holiday Workout
Here is a great partner workout that mixes Pilates and TRX. It’s perfect for travelling or holidays as you need minimal equipment.
You do each exercise for 1 minute, with one person on the TRX and one on the Mat, then switch. Between each number, add in a sprint at 80-90% effort.
E.g. TRX1, Mat 1, Sprint, TRX 2, Mat 2, Sprint…
TRX
1. Jump squats
2. Reverse lunges R
3. Reverse lunges L
4. Row
5. Pistol squat R
6. Pistol squat L
7. Jump lunges alternating
Pilates
1. Side lying leg circles R
2. Side lying leg circles L
3. Triceps pushups with ring
4. Pelvic curls with squeeze on ring at top
5. Roll ups with ring
6. Triceps curl ups with ring
7. Double leg lowers
